Natural Skin Care Recipe of the Week

Take your skin on a wonderfully refreshing and luxurious facial fling. The properties of the fresh herbs and ingredients will nourish, revitalize and restore tone to your skin. Start by gathering up a large handful of mint leaves from the garden. (Most local markets now sell lovely bunches of fresh herbs if you don't have a garden.)
    1 cup fresh mint, minced1/4 cup green tea leaves2 cups mineral or vitamin water10 plain crushed aspirin
Bring the water, tea and mint to a boil then remove from the heat and let the mixture steep until lukewarm. Strain. Add the crushed aspirin. Use as a toner once a day. Keep toner refrigerated for up to a week. (Read more)
